Chiko Soap Handmade Natural ("we", "us") values your privacy. As with our online store, we do not pass on, sell or distribute your personal information to anyone. This page explains how information is handled on this class booking page.
1. Information we collect
Through the enquiry form on this page: your name, email address, and the content of your enquiry. When you book a class, your booking details are collected securely by Stripe (see below).
We also record how you arrived at this page (the referring site, any identifier attached to an ad or banner link, and the first page you viewed). This is held in your browser's temporary storage (sessionStorage), not in cookies, and is saved alongside your enquiry. It is cleared when you close the tab, and is never used to track you across other websites.
2. How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, manage your class booking, and tell you about the classes you asked about. We do not use it for any other purpose.
3. Payments
Class bookings are paid through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never touch this website.
4. Service providers
This page and its enquiry form are built and operated on our behalf by Website Booster (LP Booster). Form submissions travel through its systems (Cloudflare and Resend) before reaching us, and the provider handles them only as far as needed to run the service. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
5. Storage and deletion
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete it when it is no longer required. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.
